About Me
Working with patients with cancer is a great privilege. It allows me to work as part of a team of experts all focused on creating a curated treatment plan for each patient. Through our research, this team also works to continuously improve the therapies available to our patients. Most importantly, I have the opportunity to work with patients during a difficult time of their life, to develop a relationship with them and their loved ones, and to bring them hope.

Clinical Focus and Research
I study a less common kind of lung cancer, small cell lung cancer (SCLC), which is particularly aggressive. While great strides have been made in the treatment of more common forms of lung cancer, how best to treat SCLC remains poorly understood. My work focuses on understanding why SCLC is so aggressive and finding new ways to target this disease, bringing better treatment options to patients.
