As a former educator and lifelong learner, I bring a compassionate, whole-person approach to functional nutrition and integrative wellness. I specialize in helping patients with autoimmune conditions, digestive disorders, women's health issues, hormonal imbalances, cardio-metabolic health, and energy disorders find healing through root-cause treatment.
I understand the frustration of unexplained symptoms, food sensitivities, and stress-related health challenges.
