About Me
I am a clinical psychologist who specializes in empirically supported evaluation and treatment of psychiatric and behavioral disorders across the lifespan. I offer a range of psychological interventions including parent behavior management training and academic skills training for youth and families impacted by ADHD and developmental disorders, as well as cognitive behavioral treatment (CBT) for adults with a range of psychiatric conditions, including ADHD, mood disorders and anxiety.

Clinical Focus and Research
My research focuses on the role of sleep disturbances in the onset and maintenance of psychiatric and behavioral disorders in childhood and adolescence. Specifically, I am interested in how sleep problems may contribute to increased psychiatric symptoms, difficulties with cognition, and reduced functioning for youth with ADHD. I hope my research will help to identify children at risk for sleep problems and psychiatric conditions and lead to developing more effective prevention and treatment strategies.
