Jennifer Kramer, BSN, RN

I am a population health nurse in primary care pediatrics who is dedicated to caring for children and supporting their families. I spent more than 10 years working in the neonatal intensive care unit at Duke Health, where I cared for critically ill infants and partnered closely with families during some of their most vulnerable moments. I have extensive experience providing newborn education focusing on safe sleep, basic newborn care, and promoting car seat safety. I am passionate about helping caregivers and families feel confident as they make feeding choices for their infant through lactation education, pumping support, and/or bottle-feeding education, formula mixing, breast milk storage, and bottle preparation education. In addition, I also provide asthma education and offer health and wellness visits. When I am not providing education to caregivers and families, I also enjoy helping patients and families connect with community resources and assisting with care coordination for our at-risk and high-risk patients, including initiating CDSA Infant-Toddler Program and Exceptional Children’s Program referrals. I believe in working closely with families to support the healthy growth, development, and overall well-being of every child.
