About Me

I specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of CSF leaks and pain management related to the spine. These treatments are all performed with a excellent team of neuroradiologists and under the precision of CT fluoroscopic guidance. They include: blood/fibrin sealant dural patch, biopsy, lumbar puncture, myelogram, lumbar drain, epidural, transforaminal and facet joint steroid injections. My training and original career was in surgery and I have had the opportunity to apply those skills to our current practice. I enjoy direct and hands on patient contact. I think it's paramount to create a sense of trust and confidence in my patients regarding the medical care they are getting. My goal is to provide a good bedside manner, to give my patients the best possible treatment and to be as honest and informative as I can, regarding all aspects of their care.

Clinical Focus and Research

My Research Interests

I am interested in developing and using the newest technology available, to bring better, more precise and effective treatment to our patients. Spinal conditions such as CSF leaks are complex, variable and often difficult to diagnose and treat. We need to refine our understanding and ability by thinking "out of the box" to incorporate the most innovative and effective imaging, instruments and skills in the treatments we perform.
