About Me

My passion for helping others achieve their optimal state of health stemmed from my interest in preventative health care, health education, and providing a holistic, patient-centered approach in the care of others. I enjoy working diligently with my patients to provide quality health care in order to develop the best plan of care for them. In a kind and respectful manner, I strive to care for the whole person by keeping patients involved in their care and decision making. I appreciate the opportunity I have to build long-term relationships with my patients and to treat complex disease processes. I look forward to working with my patients to help them improve their overall quality of life. It is my privilege to serve my community. Outside of work I enjoy reading, traveling, listening to music, watching movies, and spending time with family.

Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5 with 5 being the best score. Patients who see some types of providers receive a different version of the patient satisfaction survey. Those results are not available on DukeHealth.org.
