About Me
I am a family nurse practitioner with over ten years of clinical experience. I became a nurse practitioner because I enjoy helping people. I developed an interest in the endocrine system early in my career because of its complexities and vital role in everyday life. My clinical interests are diabetes, bone disorders, and lipid disorders. I am board certified in advanced diabetes management (BC-ADM). I am currently pursuing my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) at Duke University School of Nursing. I strive to offer comprehensive, holistic, personalized care that has a meaningful impact on patients' overall health and well-being. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, cooking, watching college sports, as well as sharing a good cup of coffee with family and friends.
