About Me

I see integrative primary care as an opportunity to bring together the strengths of conventional medicine with evidence-informed approaches that help patients prevent disease, improve quality of life, and achieve lasting health. My goal is to understand each patient's unique health story and work together to develop a personalized plan that reflects their values, priorities, and long-term goals.

I enjoy partnering with patients to prevent and manage chronic disease through nutrition, physical activity, sleep optimization, stress resilience, and mind-body medicine, while recognizing the important role of medications, diagnostics, and specialty care when appropriate. I believe that empowering patients with knowledge and practical tools leads to meaningful, sustainable change.

Whether we are managing a chronic condition, addressing unexplained symptoms, or focusing on prevention and healthy aging, I strive to provide compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-informed care. My hope is that every patient leaves feeling heard, supported, and equipped with a clear path forward to improve their health and well-being.
