Health Coaching (Virtual Event)
Description
Group Health Coaching is a collaborative process where small groups of individuals work towards achieving their health and wellness goals. The coach facilitates the group sessions, focusing on the development of each individual's vision and values of their optimal health and wellness and through dialog help develop goals and action steps that work best for the individual. Participants learn to find their own answers and build self-efficacy through encouragement, affirmation, and reflective listening. The coaching process leverages the collective experience and wisdom of the group, providing a supportive and stable environment for each member. Group health coaching is tailored to cover a wide range of health topics, emphasizing the importance of social support and community engagement.
