Make Sure Your Plan Includes Duke Health During Open Enrollment 2025

Keep these key dates in mind:

  • Open enrollment begins on November 1, 2024
  • December 15, 2024, is the last day to enroll in or change plans for new coverage to start January 1, 2025.
  • January 15, 2025, is the last day to enroll in or change plans for new coverage to start February 1, 2025.

Choose one of these plans on the Health Insurance Marketplace to ensure you can continue your care at Duke Health.

Medicare Enrollment Dates: October 15, 2024 to December 7, 2024

Now is the time to:

  • Review the “Evidence of Coverage” (EOC) and “Annual Notice of Change” (ANOC) from Medicare.
  • Make sure your plans will meet your healthcare needs next year.

You can switch participation between Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans during enrollment.

Experience Health– Medicare Advantage HMO Plan
A partnership between Duke Health and Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC. Experience Health will offer access to Primary Care and Specialty Care providers from Duke Health and WakeMed Key Community Care.
