My passion for women’s health began when I was a labor and delivery nurse. I have been a women’s health nurse practitioner for the past 20 years and have had the pleasure of caring for women from adolescence to reproductive age, perimenopausal, and menopausal years. I am honored to provide care to women of all ages and diverse backgrounds, feeling especially privileged to make a positive difference in their lives during their most sensitive and personal times. I enjoy partnering with them to achieve the best outcomes for their individual lifestyles.

Additionally, I am a certified breastfeeding counselor and understand the challenges that breastfeeding can pose. I take pleasure in supporting and educating mothers on their feeding preferences, ensuring what is personally best for them and their infants. My goal is to provide women with individualized care that is current, evidence-based, and sensitive to their needs, empowering and supporting them throughout their journey. My approach to women’s health care involves listening and educating, fostering trusting relationships that last a lifetime. Outside of work, I enjoy running, hiking, reading, gardening, and spending time with my husband, family, and friends.
