One of my greatest joys is being able to support children, teenagers, and young adults navigating through various challenges they may experience in life. What excites me most about working in a primary care setting is being able to collaborate with our wonderful providers in treating your child’s social and emotional well-being. I have over eight years of experience working in school settings, which involved assisting youth with social-emotional needs as well as working with individuals involved in foster care and juvenile justice systems. I currently provide cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for children ages five to young adulthood and particularly enjoy working with teenagers. I aim to make therapy a fun experience while teaching tools to help my patients cope with symptoms of anxiety and depression. I understand it can be challenging to speak about feelings and emotions, and I strive to provide a safe, comfortable space for patients to receive support. When not working, I enjoy spending time with family, watching my teenage daughters play soccer, and traveling. I look forward to partnering with patients and their families in order to help your child reach their fullest potential.
