About Me

I am excited to be practicing Mohs Surgery and Dermatologic Surgery at home in North Carolina. I developed an interest in Mohs Surgery during medical school after having family members undergo the procedure and witnessing the impact it had on their lives. The field is unique because physicians can work with patients to provide comprehensive care for melanoma and non-melanoma skin cancer in a way that is focused on the patient's needs. It is rewarding to provide patients with the highest cure rate possible for skin cancer while taking great care to restore their natural appearance after tumor removal. What is most fulfilling, however, is the opportunity to develop long-lasting relationships with patients and get to know them personally in order to provide the most patient-centered experience possible. When I’m not working I enjoy going to the beach or pool with my wife and son, skiing, golf and photography.
