About Me
I am humbled that families trust me with their care and feel grateful to collaborate with medical providers to provide social and emotional support to families. I find joy in working with people of all ages but connect more with adolescent and young adults. I have the most experience in working with clients who have anxiety/depression and experience interpersonal challenges, relational trauma, and stressful life events. I love teaching new skills in a relatable, fun way. My therapeutic skills often align with a more integrated approach. I use cognitive behavioral and dialectical therapy techniques. I help clients connect, process, and manage their thoughts and feelings while working towards solution-focused goals. When I am not providing therapy, I am spending time with my husband and our family and friends. I love DIY projects, planting, baking, hiking, going to the movies, and traveling.
