Description

Learn and practice a variety of meditation techniques to focus the mind, reduce stress and improve overall wellness. Expect a few minutes of stretching and movement before beginning the meditation in a comfortable seated or supine position. When practiced regularly, meditation has been proven to lead to many personal changes that improve mental and physical health.
Monthly Virtual Group Fitness Program

Gentle Yoga is part of Duke Health & Fitness Center's monthly virtual group fitness program. Through this program, Duke Health & Fitness Center Members and Non-Members can attend as many virtual fitness classes as they would like each month from the comfort of their homes.

Classes and programs are open to both Duke Health and Fitness Center members and non-members. Members and non-members must register through the online portal, mobile app (Apple App Store, Google Play Store), or by calling prior to the class.
