Tabata Cardio and Strength involves short bursts of cardio to increase aerobic capacity and muscular endurance. Strength training is added for a full-body workout.
Classes and programs are open to both Duke Health and Fitness Center members and non-members. Members and non-members must register through the online portal, mobile app (Apple App Store, Google Play Store), or by calling prior to the class.
