Description
Some issues you may experience postpartum include aches and pains, leakage, and pelvic heaviness or discomfort. Returning to exercise and running after pregnancy can be a challenge and our team wants to help. Our board-certified therapists will review postpartum changes to anatomy and physiology, when is it safe to return to exercise/running, screening information and resources to return to running, and diastasis recti assessment.
