Mind-Body Approaches to Coping with Cancer (Virtual)

Registration open

Description

Join us for Survivorship Month as we host a series of in-person and virtual offerings throughout the month of June.

Mind-Body Approaches to Coping with Cancer takes place virtually on Zoom

Mindfulness can be a powerful tool to manage the stress that can accompany living with and life after cancer. By focusing on the breath and the present moment, patients and their caregivers will learn to respond rather than react to life’s stressors.

Registration is required.
