Description

Join us for Survivorship Month as we host a series of in-person and virtual offerings throughout the month of June.

Mind-Body Approaches to Coping with Cancer will take place at Duke Women's Cancer Care Raleigh.

Mindfulness can be a powerful tool to manage the stress that can accompany living with and life after cancer. Through the focus on the breath and the present moment, patients and their caregivers will learn to discover the ability to respond rather than react to life’s stressors.

Dinner will be provided, and parking is free. Registration is required.

*If you have or have had breast or gyn cancer, we will be hosting a support group at this same location from 6:30 to 7:30 pm. Join us if your schedule allows.
