A fusion of Latin and World rhythms, with easy-to-follow moves that create a unique fitness class. Get a cardiovascular workout while having fun dancing to a variety of music. This is an indoor class.
Classes and programs are open to both Duke Health and Fitness Center members and non-members. Members and non-members must register through the online portal, mobile app (Apple App Store, Google Play Store), or by calling prior to the class.
