This full-body 45-minute interval class focuses on improving endurance, strength, and agility while incorporating cardiovascular circuits and strengthening exercises. This is a self-paced class and can be modified to meet both your high and low-intensity needs.
Classes and programs are open to both Duke Health and Fitness Center members and non-members. Members and non-members must register through the online portal, mobile app (Apple App Store, Google Play Store), or by calling prior to the class.
