C-Section & Postpartum Care

This class is designed for expecting parents who are planning a Cesarean birth ("C-section") or want to better understand what happens during a surgical birth. Whether your C-section is scheduled or being considered as a possibility, this session will help you feel more informed, supported, and prepared. You'll be guided in discussions with your partner to think about your birth preferences, postpartum support plan, and recovery needs.

• Registration is open until the day of class, space permitting. Please use the "Preparing for Baby" category.
