What is the Purpose of this Study?

This study is a research study that watches how a vision problem changes over time. The condition is called Stargardt disease or Stargardt type macular dystrophy, which affects how well a person can see. Researchers will follow people with this condition and collect information to learn how vision changes. The goal is to better understand the disease so doctors can improve care and treatment in the future.

Who Can Participate in the Study?

People can join this study if they are 18 years old or older and have been diagnosed with a vision disease called Stargardt disease or a similar condition that affects the back of the eye. They cannot join if they have uncontrolled glaucoma, which is a serious eye disease that can damage vision.
