Knee injuries, ankle sprains, dislocated shoulders, and broken bones occur without warning. When they happen, skip the crowded ER and general urgent care. That’s for sick people. Duke Orthopaedic Urgent Care offers fast treatment for your injury for lower co-pays and minimal exposure to illness.
Open daily from 11:00 am – 7:00 pm on Mondays - Fridays, and 8:00 am – 1:30 pm on weekends. Walk-ins welcome. Virtual appointments are also available.
Why You Should Visit Orthopaedic Urgent Care
Unlike general urgent care, Duke orthopaedic urgent care clinics specialists treat injuries to bones, joints, muscles, ligaments and tendons right in our clinic. Visit orthopaedic urgent care for new or recent:
- Sprains, strains, and tears
- Broken bones and closed fractures
- Joint pain and dislocated shoulders
- Sports injuries
- Back and neck pain (not caused by major trauma)
Virtual Orthopaedic Urgent Care Appointments Available
Virtual urgent care appointments are available Monday - Friday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Make an appointment for a specialist to address:
- Minor orthopaedic injuries such as sprains, strains, minor joint injuries, soft tissue injuries, minor sports injuries, and suspected tendonitis and bursitis.
- Acute back pain, neck pain, joint pain without severe trauma, and flare-ups of chronic musculoskeletal conditions.
- Cast or brace issues.
Virtual appointments can also be made to review imaging test results.
Your orthopaedic specialist may direct you to an in-person orthopaedic urgent care clinic or to the emergency room, but you will only pay for one visit.
