About Me
I chose to become a family medicine doctor because this specialty has all the principles that I value in practicing medicine: preventative medicine, health education, health maintenance, and continuity of care. My goal is to provide these services to those who are most marginalized in our community. Being raised in an underserved community myself, I wish to give back to those who have had a similar upbringing as me and build strong relationships between those communities and family medicine. In my free time, I enjoy exploring new cultures, locations, and food. I also enjoy attending local street fairs and festivals with my husband and two children.
