About Me
I have been caring for patients with wounds for more than 35 years. I care for people with a variety of wounds, such as leg ulcers, pressure injuries (bed sores), neuropathic ulcers, and post surgical wounds. It is a special joy for me to be able to partner with a patients to heal a wound. My role is to provide my patients with the tools they need to heal a wound and prevent a recurrence. Not all of the tools are easy but they are effective. In addition to wound healing, I also find significant joy in attending my church and working with the local chapter of Hope WorldWide. Girl Scouts has been a big part of my life as well, and I believe my work with this group helps to provide a positive role model for girls.
