About Me
As a clinical social worker, I have an interest in supporting people in their life journeys and exploring dynamics of interpersonal relationships. My specialty areas include anxiety, depression, life transitions, multicultural families and maternal/paternal mental health. I use a variety of therapy models including motivational interviewing (MI), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) skills. I can support you to regulate emotions, establish healthy boundaries, and improve your sense of self. Outside of work, I enjoy Carolina Hurricanes games, cooking, live music/comedy shows, and spending time with loved ones.
