Description

Integrating strength, flexibility, and balance, Strong and Limber is a complete workout that improves your everyday life and function. Our online classes utilize a wide variety of fitness equipment, including bands, hand weights, stability balls, balance mats, and more. This online fitness class is hosted by the Duke Health and Fitness Center and open to anybody in the community.

Monthly Virtual Group Fitness Program
Strong and Limber is part of Duke Health & Fitness Center's monthly virtual group fitness program. Through this program, Duke Health & Fitness Center Members and Non-Members can attend as many virtual fitness classes as they would like each month from the comfort of their homes.
