Strong and Limber (Virtual and Limited In-Person Event)
Integrating strength, flexibility, and balance, Strong and Limber is a complete workout that improves your everyday life and function. Our online classes utilize a wide variety of fitness equipment, including bands, hand weights, stability balls, balance mats, and more. This online fitness class is hosted by the Duke Health and Fitness Center and open to anybody in the community.
Classes and programs are open to both Duke Health and Fitness Center members and non-members. Members and non-members must register through the online portal, mobile app (Apple App Store, Google Play Store), or by calling prior to the class. Non-members can apply to become members using our Duke Health and Fitness Center Member Application.
Monthly Virtual Group Fitness Program
Strong and Limber is part of Duke Health and Fitness Center's monthly virtual group fitness program. Through this program, Duke Health and Fitness Center Members and Non-Members can attend as many virtual fitness classes as they would like each month from the comfort of their homes.
Current Virtual offerings include:
Strong and Limber: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 10:15-10:55 am
Pilates: Mondays, 5:30 - 6:15 pm
Pilates: Thursdays, 12:15 - 1:15 pm
