Using a step platform, this cardiovascular-based class leads participants through high-intensity movements and low-impact choreography. This is an indoor class.
Classes and programs are open to both Duke Health and Fitness Center members and non-members. Members and non-members must register through the online portal, mobile app (Apple App Store, Google Play Store), or by calling prior to the class.
