This three-day retreat, held at the relaxing and restorative Duke Integrative Medicine Center, offers an intentional space for reflection, renewal, and inner balance. Designed to support your personal journey toward clarity and respite, the program will gently guide participants toward the silence that holds all noise, the stillness that holds all motion, and the peace that remains accessible amid the demands of daily life.

Through guided meditation, quiet reflection, and supportive community, attendees will have the opportunity to deepen awareness, cultivate resilience, and reconnect with a steady sense of presence. Individuals of all meditation experience levels and practice traditions are welcome. Lunch is included.
