This full-body 45-minute interval class focuses on improving endurance, strength, and agility while incorporating cardiovascular circuits along with strengthening exercise. This is a self-paced class and can be modified to meet both your high and low-intensity needs. This is an outdoor class (weather permitting).
Duke Health and Fitness Center offers fitness classes for both members and non-members. In order to attend this program, members and non-members must register prior to the class.

Non-members can apply to become members using our Duke Health and Fitness Center Member Application.
