This eight-week program, held every Tuesday and Thursday from September 20 to November 10, 2022, features interactive nutrition, exercise, and behavioral change classes, weekly group exercise sessions, and individualized nutrition and exercise plans. Our experts work with you to eliminate the frustration, confusion, and deprivation that often accompany weight loss attempts. All meetings are held via Zoom. Participants will have the option to attend an in-person workout on Tuesday nights at the Duke Health & Fitness Center studio.
