Description
During this class, encouraging instructors will lead you through a series of flat roads, hills, jumps, and sprints while listening to motivating music. Duke Health and Fitness Center’s Cycle class can be challenging, but also accommodates all fitness levels.
Classes and programs are open to both Duke Health and Fitness Center members and non-members. Members and non-members must register through the online portal, mobile app (Apple App Store, Google Play Store), or by calling prior to the class.
