Cardio Move is a high-energy, choreographed routine with low-impact movements, providing a fun and effective cardio workout. This is an indoor class.
Classes and programs are open to both Duke Health and Fitness Center members and non-members. Members and non-members must register through the online portal, mobile app (Apple App Store, Google Play Store), or by calling prior to the class.
