Description
Barre 2 is an hour-long Barre class that allows participants who have completed Barre 1 to continue their progress. This class will incorporate equipment such as resistance bands, yoga blocks, and Pilates balls. The class is designed to improve strength, cardiorespiratory endurance, as well as flexibility.
Classes and programs are open to both Duke Health and Fitness Center members and non-members. Members and non-members must register through the online portal, mobile app (Apple App Store, Google Play Store), or by calling prior to the class.
