Description
Aqua Strength provides a total body strength workout in the pool. Classes utilize a wide variety of pool equipment, including noodles, tubing, aqua fins, and water resistance.
Classes and programs are open to both Duke Health and Fitness Center members and non-members. Members and non-members must register through the online portal, mobile app (Apple App Store, Google Play Store), or by calling prior to the class.
