Based on the Arthritis Foundation's guidelines, this class incorporates muscle strengthening and moderate-intensity endurance exercises to help individuals with arthritis increase their range of motion, muscle strength, and day-to-day function. This class can also help individuals reduce fatigue, pain, and stiffness due to arthritis.
Classes and programs are open to both Duke Health and Fitness Center members and non-members. Members and non-members must register through the online portal, mobile app (Apple App Store, Google Play Store), or by calling prior to the class.
