Ai Chi is a water-based, total body strengthening and relaxation progression that bridges East and West philosophies integrating the mind and body.
Classes and programs are open to both Duke Health and Fitness Center members and non-members. Members and non-members must register through the online portal, mobile app (Apple App Store, Google Play Store), or by calling prior to the class.
