Jupiter 3.0 (Patellar Instability) - Clinical Trial

What is the Purpose of this Study?

We are doing this study to evaluate the outcomes of patellar instability treatments at Duke. We want to learn more about how people do over time after they have chosen surgical or non-surgical options for treatment. We want to evaluate several lifestyle factors after treatment, including return to activities, pain, or any need for additional treatment or surgery.

What is the Condition Being Studied?

Patellofemoral Instability

Who Can Participate in the Study?

Children and adults ages 12+ who:

- Are Duke patients

- Have had one or more patellar dislocations or subluxations (partial dislocation)

- Have had a previous patellar instability surgery

If you choose to join this study, we will ask you to fill out questionnaires at various times over the course of 10 years.
