Payment and Insurance

Please bring your insurance card to each appointment. All co-payment, coinsurance, and deductibles are expected at the time of service. Patients without insurance cards or insurance coverage will be responsible for payment in full at the time of service. We accept Medicare as primary insurance.

Prescriptions and Refills

Please contact your pharmacy directly for refills, allowing 48 hours for the process. All other prescription requests should be made during normal business hours.

Scope of Care

Family medicine including:

• Long-term medical care for hundreds of conditions including asthma, diabetes, acne, esophageal reflux, heart disease, insomnia, atrial fibrillation, strokes, allergic rhinitis, ED, depression, COPD, incontinence, hypothyroidism, hypertension, excessive weight
• Skin procedures: wart and mole removal, cryotherapy (freezing), ingrown toe nails, skin tags, cysts, actinic keratosis (sun damage)
• Cortisone injections for bursitis, arthritis, tennis elbow, and other conditions
• Women's health care including Pap tests and breast exams
• Well-child care and acute childhood infections
• Physicals: school, sports, camp, employment, adult yearly
• Immunizations
• On site bloodwork, EKGs, pulmonary (lung) tests
• Physician assistant on site
• Specialty care and urgent care in the same building
