The experienced providers of Duke Primary Care Harps Mill offer a broad spectrum of adult primary care services from preventive health care to the management of upper respiratory illnesses, diabetes, and hypertension.

Our doctors are internal medicine specialists who focus on preventive health measures and the treatment of acute and chronic medical conditions, such as heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, and other health issues in patients age 18 and up.

In addition to our group of general internists, our staff also includes a board-certified geriatric specialist. Geriatricians are primary care doctors who receive additional training in the care of adults age 65 and up, and address specific needs of older patients, such as medication management, nutrition, mental health, fall prevention, and quality of life.

A physician is on call after hours for urgent needs that cannot wait until the next business day.
