Duke Health and Fitness Center is excited to host a new virtual version of our longstanding weight loss program, Getting on Track!
Getting on Track provides an integrative approach to weight management and lifestyle change. Our nutrition, exercise, and behavioral health experts work with participants to eliminate the typical frustration, confusion, and deprivation that is often associated with weight loss. This fall, we are taking our program virtual, through Zoom!
The program includes 8 weeks of interactive classes on nutrition, exercise, and behavioral health, individualized nutrition and exercise prescriptions, weekly group exercise sessions, and the option to continue with one of our on-going support groups.
- Our next session begins on August 19
- The program will take place on Wednesday and Friday 1:00-2:00 pm for 8 weeks. Wednesdays be a virtual group exercise class and Fridays will be a virtual class on nutrition, exercise, and behavior.
- All classes will hosted through a private Zoom link invite.
