Tai Chi for Energetic Balance is an eight-week progressive program that aims to enhance balance, awareness, deep breathing, and other evidence-based benefits while maintaining its roots in establishing a connection with the mind and the body. Find inner balance while conditioning your muscles, strengthening your bones, and enhancing your qi-energy ("chee"). The program classes are held in person.
