Tai Chi for Energetic Balance is an eight-week progressive class that helps you exercise your balance, awareness, deep breathing skills, and more while establishing a connection with the mind and the body. Condition your muscles, strengthen your bones, and enhance your qi-energy ("chee"). This is an indoor class.
Duke Health and Fitness Center offers fitness classes for both members and non-members. In order to attend this program, members and non-members must register prior to the class.
