Getting on Track provides a whole-person approach to weight management and lifestyle change. From March 24-May 14, Duke Health and Fitness nutrition, exercise, and behavioral health experts will work with participants twice a week to eliminate the typical frustration, confusion, and deprivation that is often associated with weight loss.
This 8-week online program on Zoom features interactive nutrition, exercise, and behavioral change classes, group exercise sessions, and also individualized nutrition and exercise prescriptions. Sessions are held every Wednesday and Friday from 1:00 to 2:00 pm. Wednesdays are the weekly group exercise class and Fridays are the interactive lectures. After program completion, you may continue to participate in accountability sessions through Staying on Track, to further support your personal progress.

Please note: all virtual classes are recorded and available for participants to watch at any time. Participants will have access to the recordings for three months after the completion of the program for further support.
