Join with those currently enrolled in a Duke Health and Well-Being Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MSBR) on March 12, 2022 from 9:00 am to noon on Zoom for a full-day intensive meditation course. Renew or deepen your mindfulness practice in a supportive retreat environment. Enrollment or completion of an MSBR course is required to participate.
