Monkeypox Vaccine Pop-up Clinic

We want you to be able to make the most of your time at the Durham Pride festival! In order to minimize any potential vaccine waiting times, we are offering you the opportunity to register for a reserved time slot in advance at this special Monkeypox pop-up vaccination event that takes place on Saturday, September 24 from 10:00 am - 4 pm.

There is no cost for the vaccine and the event is open to those 18 and older who meet the following NC DHHS eligibility criteria and/or who self-identify as described:

  • Anyone who had close contact in the past two weeks with someone who has been diagnosed with monkeypox; or
  • Gay, bisexual, or other men who have sex with men, or transgender individuals, who are sexually active; or
  • People who have had sexual contact with gay, bisexual, or other men who have sex with men, or transgender individuals in the past 90 days; or
  • People living with HIV, or taking medication to prevent HIV (PrEP), or who were diagnosed with syphilis in the past 90 days
