What is the Purpose of this Study?
We are doing this study to build a central repository (storehouse) of data and samples that will help support the research Duke is doing on COVID-19.

Who Can Participate in the Study?
Adults and children 12+ who:
-Are in the hospital with a suspected or confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19
Adultos y niños 12+ que:

What is Involved?
If you choose to join this study, we will ask you to allow us to collect and store your health data and specimen samples for future research studies.
Data that we collect will be:
-Demographic information (such as your race and gender)
-Possible exposures or contacts
-Medical history related to COVID-19
Specimens we collect are left over from medical testing and include:
-Blood
-Urine
-Saliva/spit
-Cell samples
-Feces
