What is the Purpose of this Study?

We are doing this study to learn more about the side effects of the study drug and to determine if it will help shrink the cancer by at least 30%.

Adults diagnosed with brain metastases

Age Group
Adults

What is Involved?

If you choose to join this study, you will:
- Have blood draws
- Have EKG's (a way to measure your heart activity)
- Take the 1 of the 3 study drugs that is assigned to your specific cancer
-- The 3 types of medication are Abemaciclib, GDC-0084, and Entrectinib.)
- Keep a pill diary (to help track when you take your pills)
